Ingrediants:
- ½ cup oats
- ½ cup favourite milk, I used almond milk
- ¼ cup favourite yoghurt, I used Alpro vanilla
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp maple syrup or sweetener of your choice
Method:
- 1 tsp maple syrup or sweetener of your choice
- In a jar/bowl mix all ingredients together. Make sure it’s well combined
- Pop the jar in the fridge overnight
- In the morning top up with meringues and fresh fruit
