Ingrediants:
- 3 frozen bananas
- 1 tin full fat coconut milk
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup maple syrup or sweetener of your choice
Method:
- Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth
- Pour the mixture into a freezer friendly container and let set overnight
- Serve with meringues, blueberries, fresh mint leaves and chocolate drizzle
