Ingrediants:
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup of your favourite milk, I used coconut milk
- 1 tbsp of your favourite yoghurt, I used coconut
- 1 tsp vanilla yoghurt
Method:
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl or a jar.
- Leave for a minute and then stir well again
- Leave for approximately an hour or overnight
- Top up with yoghurt, meringues, and fresh fruit
