Chia Pudding

Chia Pudding



  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup of your favourite milk, I used coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp of your favourite yoghurt, I used coconut
  • 1 tsp vanilla yoghurt



  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl or a jar.
  • Leave for a minute and then stir well again
  • Leave for approximately an hour or overnight
  • Top up with yoghurt, meringues, and fresh fruit
