You’d be forgiven for not realising London Apron’s Plant Based Vanilla Meringues are made with 100% natural, vegan ingredients. Unrefined sugar and aquafaba create the light and airy meringue consistency, while vanilla extract adds a luxuriously indulgent flavour. (Honestly, it’s pretty much magic.)   
Make a delightful ‘Vegan Eton Mess’ by serving with fresh strawberries and coconut cream. To make coconut cream, refrigerate a can of coconut milk overnight then scoop out the cream. Beat with three tablespoons of sugar until soft peaks form.

Tasty Meringues!

I'm allergic to eggs, milk and white sugar so being a vegan wasn't a problem. These meringues are perfect, tasty and moreish!!! I want to make cake every day and decorate them with these little puffs of yummyness! I have to admit that I ate them without the cakes. Shhhh!
