Wonderful

Delighted to discover these.
Needing to strick to low glycemic index diet which means no wheat, grains, sugars or atleast tiny amounts only.
Relieved to finally be able to consume a whole cookie without repercussions.
Before could only make my sweetvtreats which, with alternative flours and natural sugars means poor shelf life and a lot of kitchen trial and error.

Raspberry is delicious, like a miniature raspberry coconut loaf cake.
A peanut or nutbutter centered cookie a lemon or banana variant would all be welcomed.

If only more cafes and supermarkets would stock these outside of Londons Planet organic etc., Waitrose and Ocado are my access portals to niche items so hopefully they'll give London Apron a try.
